There are 2 bakeries right around the corner from me. And both actually are very good. Every day since 4:00AM the neighbourhood smells heavenly daydream

I figured out what was wrong - the sesame seeds they used on bread aren't fresh. dunno

Oh, dear.

I know that sesame seeds can go rancid quickly if not kept in sealed container. I think the oil becomes oxidised or something.
