A. Do you believe in God.
B. If so is there only one ?
C. If there's more than one what do they represent ?

Recently was involved in a situation where a baby was born to a crackhead.
The baby died within 3 hours of been born.

If somebody would like to explain how situations like above , slavery and so on is in God's
plan I would love to hear it.

well short answer to the obvious qustion is i believe there was 1 god for all people what ever name we choose to call him
who are we to judge the grand scheme of history
if there was no slavery would there have been a civil war and if not would there be a united states that exsists as today the slavery issue was only the the tipping point for south to break away would the north have won if slavery was not a issue and britain lent aid to the south to safegaurd the cotton industry ?
the same point could be made for the state of israel would it exsist today if not for the holocaust
just because we dont see gods plan dont mean that theres not a reason behind it
and this from a guy thats not over religious

imissed an really interesting documentary on tv last year about slvery thats still going on in the world today INDIAN PEOPLE from asia that are still legally enslaved by british companies that endenture then for a period of about 10 years i think its it new guinea or somewhere like that where they practically own the people pay them peanuts...and .......

Thanks gilly you are a cool dude. What I meant by mans greed is I don't feel that God is to blame for slavery. God only gives man(white or black) the insite to survive and man is responsible for his own actions. Greed to gain power, have control , succeed, achieve, use people etc

if anything i found greek mythology more entertaining having different gods for diffferent things ...because you can at least say that the ogd of love /war /peace or what ever was'nt well at the time that all thse things was happening to various people all over the world !

For those of us who believe in God. There is only one God who was over all WHO BELIEVED IN HIM. The Blacks that were brought here were not follows of God but others beliefs. The actions of man made them slaves. As Slaves became God fearing was there not a way made in time for them to have freedom. The men who brought slavery were only having the appearance of Godly men. There was also many Godly men who had slaves and treated them humane. It was the treatment that made slavery in the Americas bad. Read and you will find that slaves out numbered white and there was a great fear that the slaves would unite and kill all and take all. The people from fear controled and abused slaves as a matter of survival and fear. Then the evil in man begain to flower. Even today others who come here are meet with fear and meaness even by the blacks. Look how mean blacks are toward mexicans and asians. When you point an accusing finger at whites you need to also point a finger at blacks who are today as mean to others. No more holier than thou. People are mean...and blacks are part of it also and should know better from the past. So please no more POOR ME. How about poor fellow human beings who are being treated badly by me and my fellow humans...black,white,yellow, and them green aliens you been screwing!
