yes, this is an international site. It seems the only people who like me are from England or canada. Which is why I chose an international site. There is absolutely no chance of developing a relationship with someone in another country. I feel safe in an international forum.

Actually, we have one member who "virtually visits" other locales, confusing until you get to know him. Really, he's a great guy, and he doesn't lie...his profile says he lives "in the land of Oz", which is what they call Australia when they live there.

And yes, these forums are international, and a lot more fun than the PA forum. Hardly anything happens at all there, and there isn't one for the US as a country. I love it here, and I now have friends all over the world...it's pretty cool. I think you'll like it here. We're definitely one big, dysfunctional family with room for more!

Hi I've been to Eastern Canada with my Uncle and dad. We went fishing and I caught pike. I dropped my line in the water and a pike bit it. I told dad to let the poor fish go but he said no because we were going to eat it.
After that I always threw my fishing line in the water with no bait so no poor fish would end up on my plate.

My dad got angry because I kept naming the fish we caught and then I would cry when he took out their guts.

ooops, too much information, sorry. I just like talking about that trip because it was so much fun except for the part about eating the poor fish.

Well, I promised my CS man that I would never again publicly mention what country he is from.
Not even allowed to mention the country's national emblem, or who their Prime Minister is.

I guess I am allowed to say it was from an English speaking country and the country is an island (she ducks for cover!) and that it is about 12,000 miles away from Australia.
