but before you ask a question remember this i will give you the truth and nothing but the truth.it will be raw and and uncensure.as long as it stays positive i will do it.

that is 1 of the reasons why i am leaving i am bipolar and some of the people i have meet here does not understand what that means.bipolar is cause by a chemical imbalance in the brain.

it affects people in alot of differt ways.for some it is like being stuck on a elevator that keeps going up and down non stop.for some they say it is like being on a merry go a round that does not stop.some it is like being in darkest all of the time and never seeing light.some it is like being in a daze all of the time with no end

for some there is meds that they can take them helps them to find the balance in their lives they need.for some their is treatments that they can use that will help them.

than there are people like me who there is no meds nor treatemnts that will help,we live our lives going up and down and all around.it is like being moses wondering around in the desert looking for the promise land.but never finding it

bipolar has 2 sides 1 is the high or positive side,which you are happy as hell and you have a positive attitude.the people that you are around you will have a positive influence on them

than you have the down side which you will have a negative attitude and you will have a negative infiuence on people

since there is no med nor treatments that will work on me i have been taught by psychiatrists.when i hit the down side to stay away from people.for you cannot control what someone else does or says and they can have a negative affect of you.

plus life is hard enough and people do not need someone around them that will make their life worse and not better.when you are down you will want someone to lift you up and not knock you while you are down.

when you are feeling bad,you will want someone who will make you feel good and not someone who will make you feel worst than what you already do.

when you are going through a bad time,you will want someone to help you through it and not make it worse

in short i was train if i cannot be a positive influence in someone's life than i do not need to be in their life.there are too many people in this world that makes people feel bad about theirsevles.they do not need someone else adding to it.

if i cannot make someone feel better about theirsevles than i do not need to be in their lives

now i am not wondering why you have a full custody of your kids :^)

I had noticed before things you said in threads about your being bipolar.
I also noticed and applaud you for bringing up your children by yourself, it is hard enough in itself to do without other impediments of any kind.
I notice too a picture of you, which is a pleasure to see.
I am curious why you will go Sunday, but would hope you and yours will be well enough and happy.
I would wish to notice you in the forums again after Sunday if only to let us know things are ok with you.

Awwww Z! You've made a diffrence in my life as well. You are going to be very missed here. My daughter has the same problem with Bi-polar and nothing works for her. It's horrible, but she has found some diet adjustments help. Just throwing that out for you if you've not tried that.

Your flowers always made me smile. Your poetry always made me think. Your jokes always made me laugh. your very special Z and I wish you and your family nothing but the very best for your future.
