Take deep breaths and calm down...or walk away and have a cigarette. Then address the issue calmly.
I am a Fire Child, and was born with a fiery temper...it has taken years of work to get to that point. A journey that has taken me from seeing red and not knowing what I did, down to consciously going outside and throwing glasses against walls, down to staying inside and throwing Tupperware...down to taking deep breaths. A long journey, but worth it.
Now all that fire gets directed elsewhere when it has the opportunity.
