I don't mind being kissed in front of others. If they don't like it, they can look away. I will say that I'm too private of a person for the kind of public kiss that makes a spectacle of oneself, though...that I'll save for the bedroom. Same with the rest of that list...neck, nipples, ears, stomach, best licking...that's for behind closed doors.
With friends, it depends. There are people I greet with a kiss on the mouth (male only for this), and others that I kiss on the cheek (both genders).
