Wow, I enjoy kissing, its one of my favorite subjects. I think kissing in public on the mouth or cheek is great, but I think you can over do even these. Neck is ok in public as well, it’s very sensual. I think a person just has to put themselves in another persons shoes, and ask how would I view someone else doing this. It also helps if you imagine two really ugly people doing this, and see if that would offend you, we tend to allow people we view as attractive to get away with more.
