i also work in the hospital on the cardiac floor.

I framed and remodeled houses, for the last few years until about two weeks ago. Now I'm waiting for my last check, and thinking about what type of work to look for.. I just tried to get a grant for schooling but beings that I'm a certified welder,(already have a trade) they won't help me... I know 6 people that have gotten grants for school all are convicted felons, so I guess that's the secret.. Beings a productive member of society cancels you out oany free stuff... But on a brighter note, I have more time to spend with my daughter for nw...cheers

i know. i had to pay for both my kids to go to college cause i worked my entire life (single mom too). but, you should apply for student loan money (private loans). doesn't matter your income.

I've also been called a "Professional Tourist" and a "Trans-regional goods & commodities relocation technician." (I've also been called a few less flattering things, but they all mean that I'm just a truck driver.)

Well then I know you hate me then. Im a Toll collector for the parkways.

Forced into retirement, the results of a drunk driver nailing the car I was in, head on at 65 mph. But, it took 19 years for his lame brain actions to finally run its course, and force me into retirement. During which time I worked through the pain, and aggravation, in the building, and construction field, from foundation work, to the finishing touches.
