For some reason someone took my comments of sharing the holidays with a man friend out of context. He's just a very good friend of mine with whom I went to school with and someone who was there for me when I was going through a bad time.Since we'll both be alone for the holidays we decided to spend them together.He's just a very good friend nothing more.I don't think anyone should have to spend the holidays alone.It's just my way of giving back to someone else who did so much for me.

I'm single but not by choice. My husband passed away which was almost 2 yrs ago but I now realize I have to go on with my life cause I know that's what he would've wanted me to do.

I've met someone recently who I went to college with acouple years back and he and I have become very good friends. We're spending the holidays together instead of spending them alone.

How could anyone in their right-mind think that it's healthy for a relationship to have one partner sitting on his or her ass for hours flirting on a dating site while their lover and partner is spending possible quality time alone ????

I know Anna, I am sorry if somehow I suggested that story and you part of it was anything but fine. You told me that story in an email and I never mentioned it to anyone - it was private as far as I was concerned .
