Over the past three years of my membership they have changed a few things, some for better, some for worse.....but they always expect us to adjust, and adjust we do. We have no choice. They have figured out the cycle of new membership and have disregarded the tried and true advocates (Long time members)

CS is the BEST FREE Singles Site on the web, however, they should listen to their constituency.

Agreed. This is the first time I've been through changes on here, though. Ick...I'm hating it.

Well did you write to them, they don't read the forums unless people send in complaints about a thread, You have to write to cs.

Well , lately, I have had very little time to get on. It was a surprise to get on tonight and see the new interface. I really don't care for it too much myself.

Seems to make it a lot more trouble than what it's worth to find threads to read that might be of interest , or to participate in. Guess I missed the voting process, or , if I'm understanding it correctly , they just took it upon themselves with out getting feedback from members.

Not speaking of CS!

In business we have no value until they need us, like most business. With a large base the individual is dung and sometimes and more often treated as such. This is not a slight on CS, but on business thinking as a whole. telemarketers...as soon as you are not buying...clunk..without even a bye or kiss my ass. Try to settle compliants with a company order....clunk. but people will not forget and someone who cares about people will take it all away from such companies very soon.

I agree, They do let a lot go but they have responded in the past when I've contacted them with questions, concerns, reporting scammers, etc...

Hun, click on the All Threads option on the left. It's more like what we're used to.

Don't feel bad, I got banned once too and I didn't know why. That was a long time ago though during a cleaning the house type action they felt they had to take and there were some innocent people taken out.

I think those guys do the best they can. I will say that every obvious scammer that has contacted/solicited me have disappeared shortly after I've reported them.
