It is just like mailbox.If it is lit up you have a message.Click it on pick the gift you want to send another and write your message and send.Easy to do,I know cause I got it 1st time and I am not quick with computer things.Send a flower to someone your interested in or a friend or someone you saw in forums etc.Welcome to the site.handshake wine
