The weather here just changed one of my plans. I was going to go to my best friend's house for her gathering tonight, but found my porch furniture and grill on the ground in my yard rather than up on the patio. I don't drive around here in gusts that strong. So...I'll finish my laundry and do my dishes.

I'm going to figure out what to clean tomorrow... if I EVER wake up... maybe I'll eat half this pecan cake & the rest of my Reggiano cheese biscuits with shaved turkey... ohhh and I might even have a little Limoncello, what the hell.
Darn it, almost forgot to drive the furballs bonkers with fresh nip & laser time.

I am going to relax with the memories I have gained in my life that bring tears to my eyes and raise the profits for everyone who holds shares in Kleenex.
Alone in body but not in spirit or memories for certain.
Oh yeah and the cats will always be there to demand to succor me. Precious Love from unconditional givers.
I may try to sleep most of it away though as the memories are clearest there in my dreams.

I just spent a wonderful evening with my oldest daughter and her family after work. Her husband fixed a nice dinner and then the kids opened their presents. I work tomorrow but had a great time this evening.

I just arrived home alittle while ago from volunteering in a nursing home. And then later on had a lovely Christmas eve dinner with my friend. Tomorrow my friend and I will be rturning to that very same nursing home to serve Christmas meals.

Tonight I had dinner with my son. Early today I volunteered at the local soup kitchen where we prepared hot meals that are delivered out to people in our little town. Later we served a hot meal to anyone who comes into The Lord Is My Help food kitchen. I provided them today with a case of oranges that was given to many of the homeless. It is tough to see so many people in need and especially on a rainy day. The hardest for me is the young Mother's with young children.
