dcj22: I can't begin to answer all of the emails and ecards, but I want to wish you all the happiest of holidays. You are a special bunch of people to me. You bring laughter to my days, tears to my eyes, and warmth to my heart.
I hope the coming year will be wonderful for us all.
Many of you here are the truest of friends to my daughter and me. We've been through a rough couple of months, and I can't imagine how we'd have gotten through it without all of you. Even my best friend of 28 years let us down. But you were all here, steadfast and true.
Our hearts are still broken and we're managing to get by, but I know with your help, and someone's Gorilla Glue, we'll get through it and our hearts will mend.
Thank you. Thank you for being here when we need you. Thank you for bringing the laughter to my days, the tears to my eyes, and especially, the warmth to my heart.
