Oh... I was going to say.. Time.. Time Time Time is what will help you get over someone. Sad but true.

BUT!.. you can try to help yourself in the meantime by finding other things to throw yourself into to occupy yourself.

I read a thing a while ago that said it takes half the time you were actually with someone.. to get over them..

hmm did that make sense?

For example.. if you were with them a year.. then it will take 6mths to get them out of your system.

I think thats about right too.. I worked it out against my past relationships, and its about right for me.

I don't think there is a simple answer and we are all different, what works for one doesn't mean it will work for all. Also depends on loads of other things length of relationship, how you broke up, why you broke up. In my last relationship it has taken me months and i needed to be alone for that time, in previous relationships i got over it quickly
