Okietony: Not sure what all has been said, but here's my two cents for what it's worth.
All the household duties should be shared if the family is to benefit. Cooking is included. I like to cook, and actually prefer doing it and letting the little lady relax after a hard day. Besides, allows her to rest up, get rid of any impending head aches that may occur later in the evening.....know what I'm sayin???? LOL. Just playing. Cooking is cool, doesn't mean a guy has a little penis or likes to shop for shoes all day on Saturdays. Jeeeeezus!
I feel the same...it should all be shared...inside & outside. Takes less time if two are doing it. The boyfriend I had right after getting divorced was a chef, but it was rare when he cooked at home.
My ex was one of those who felt that a woman should do all the cooking & cleaning while he worked, took care of the cars & the yard (although I ended up doing the yard too because of his allergies).
So both cooking...both cleaning...both doing yardwork....together time!!
