In response to: I am curious if anyone knows why my mail from someone who left the site is gone.. I was absent for several weeks and signed on one day to find a good friend had disapperared.. I mean nothing, saying hidden profile or missing, just all mail (which contained his phone number) and his profile was nowhere to be found..It wasn't a total surprise as he did say he was thinking of leaving the site.. I just thought,Well I have his number so I could contact him if I so chose to.. But I can't.. So do they just come along and delete all the email when someone leaves? it sounds like this person might have completely deleted their account or was banned, that is usually what happens. I am sorry you lost the phone number. I hope that this person has a way of contacting you other than this site.
