Though if you mean human ones, and actual sexual touches...then I would agree that it's being close emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually with the person, and just being with them will do that. And yes, reuniting after a time apart can definitely enhance the experience. Especially if, for some reason, the physical reunion has to wait. In the meantime, the touching of hands, the soft stolen kisses, will build the anticipation for later.
