why do guys think no means yes??

I have never thought no meant yes. Then again, I have never been told no in that way. I have never tried to take things to far soon after meeting a woman. It's just not me. I had a woman grab my hand and place it on her breast on a first date one time. I told her no.... I'm pretty old fashioned, just not into things like that when I first meet someone.
