Thanks, the thread is really nice but I really no longer have the time to spend on here right now, I take a look in from time to time, but to really get involved does take time.
I have enjoyed the debate and banter on here and met some interesting people. It is also a strange type of virtual singles club/pub that is quite bohemian, and reminds me of the pubs I often spent many a night in where you could meet anyone and I mean anyone!
I have met politicans, journalists, hookers, scammers, artists, writers, fakes, bored houswifes, diplomats, models, and even a nuclear physcsist! and some that had forgotten to take their meds

This was my introduction to virtual reality and blogging, and no longer a hobby! This is where I honed the skills needed for interacting on the internet, by sussing out the real people from the not so real.
I found it fascinating to learn how to suss people from just the words and pics they put up, a strange psycological map of their persona, viewed through a new medium.
The internet in the short time I have been using it (one year) is now becoming an increasingly larger part of my work. The funny thing is i have made more work contacts here than on Linkedin or any of the so-called specialist sites that exist out there.
I better shut up, I think could write a book on this.
