Justme4uok: Okay just curious as to how folks on here have arranged meeting someone from afar... you either traveled to see them or they came to see you.....

Of course I'm presuming this meeting occurs after you have chatted and discovered that there could be something there for the two people...

Did you stay with that person in there home (separate room or in same room) or did you make arrangments to stay at a hotel just to be on the safe side? I know that alot of different factors play into how you might answer this question.... just curious as to how others have gone about there meetings...

I think the man should always travel to meet the Lady.

Maybe it's old fashioned but thats the way I feel.

He shd also try to stay in a hotel or close to the Lady if its first time.

After than whatever feels comfortable.

After readin some threads as well I think people should consider whether to bring pets

my husband came to canada a few times..

Now any othese options will work for most.... but making people feel at ease and comfortable, so you can see the real person is important....

Not many are willing to look outside there own local area.... but for the few of us that have opened up our geographical barriers this information is useful.

What are geographical barriers but a flight away?

i, originally, came to this site for the purpose of meeting someone in my area....but, there is hardly anyone in my area...there are people in texas but, as i am sure all are aware, texas is a big @ss state

....but, this site has made me think of possibly meeting someone from afar {which would be better than meeting someone from abar

I would've probably wanted to keep it more local when my daughter was growing up. But now that she's gone, I have much more freedom. It widens the playing field, so to speak.

well im 18 years old...and i already have a son...so i wana settle down...and i meet this guy and we stayed in a hotel together...
