I heard that classical instrument music like Beethoven can affect Intelligence Quotient of Baby when their parents listen it to their baby..
Based on your argument, is that facts or not... and why....

help them go to sleep yes, the parenting and environment is what teaches the intelligence I think some is also inherited JMO...
