"From my experience, the distance was always a problem
when it came down to being with that one special person.
And,although I've made many friends on this site,I want to keep
those friends who have come to mean a great deal to me.
But,finding love and keeping it was always a problem. But,I must say this,I've never fallen in and out of love easily.
The distance sucks..literally!!."

Your welcome..

I will say its not easy..

but if both are serious anything can happen..

Distance is the number one killer in alot or relationship..

but its worth it...

You dont chose who you fall in love with..

Him and I just fell upon each other on here..

was not looking for anything but good adult conversation..

Just dont go into it with alot of expectation

Let it all just happen naturally..

but it will come down to the deciding factor in who wil
relocate

[color=purple]Of course, I would definitely do anything to be with the one that I adore the most say relocating to his country to live with him forever if he really appreciates my sincere efforts!! head banger

Howdy! Yep, I would and did, too.

I was a trucker from the high plains of Northwest Kansas, my wife lived on a pretty ridge above Bull Run Creek in East Tennessee. We met here on CS exactly two years ago tomorrow and were married on August 15, '07.

I miss my friends "up-home" but wouldn't give up our little corner of paradise for anything in the world. She is my everything and whatever difficulties I faced to get here were worth it X 10. thumbs up

So this is about distance...

Yes, it is not easy, I live three countries away from my partner.

But we manage, well, sometimes it gets hard especially at the weekends, and we are both busy with our work and commitments, but we are however, very much both into where this will take us.

Would I do anything to be with him?

No, he would not expect me to, as I would not him, we just meet when we are afforded the time and that is it. As time moves on then we will cross that bridge when we come to it...

I would have to say that distance would be a problem for me, too, at this point in my life. I have two teenage sons that live with their father, but very close to me, and I get to see them often. Moving would be out of the question for at least the next 5 years for me. So, I make friends in the forums, but can honestly say that anything more serious would be out of the question. I search more locally for that connection.

Best of luck to you. Long distance love is not an easy thing, but from what I've seen on here, if you can make it work it's worth the effort if you find that special someone. wine
