Wow.That is terrible. It strikes me even more since my son Ray had twice seizures when he was 13 years old and he stopped breathing. It was some dysfunction in his brain and he was put on medication from there on to prevent this from happening again. There was no guarantee still even with the medication.I walked on egg shells for two years until my ex wife ,Ray aged 15 then and me had a in detail talk about it.We were warned that if he keeps on taking the medicine he could impair serious problems addiction wise and other and if he doesn't take it the seizures could reoccur. So what to do ? We were really desperate at the time. After many talks to Professors of Medicine,Specialists, etc we opted to forgo the medicine all together and take our chances.
Today He is a strapping young man of 18 years, serving as a Navy Seal in California, married and a kid on the way.I feel for the Travolta Family.
