When I'm on CS, I leave the TV on in the background. Does the content of the program influence what I post ? I think it does sometimes .

I always play music on my pc..but after 7pm...I turn the tube on..just in case I miss something.......If you were watching a news channel, you might not be in such a good mood .....depends on your station, I guess....

I find that most os what I post is based on news I've read and also the conversations/blogs I venture across here.

Here in the forums it's maybe acceptable, coz you do not expect an immidiate response. But I had a few ladies online chatting and I was waiting for a response. When I finally got some attention, I was told "... Sorry, but I was watching TV"

I think this is very impolite, same as you would talk to somebody who is constantly staring on his TV screen!

I have the tv on for noise and news, usually CNN, and yes sometimes it does influence to what I post.

Don't have TV any more.....I am now totally an on line person.....

.....but I do keep something going on while I am on line anyway....interviews, news features, or music from you tube or something....
