dcj22: The neighbor is the one that called me. They know the situation. I've been upset because they keep her in the basement all the time. She has an autoimmune disease and can barely get up and down the stairs.

It would be...the reason I say covert operation...no cops...I never advocate breaking the law...BUT where a dogs life is at steak from animal cruelty...after a week already..the situation is more than dire and she needs to be taken outta there...if there is nothing the police will do...then that's about the only option left...since the neighbour called Dana...she isn't gonna report her..and there are the ways we discussed of keeping the idiots from reporting her....wave wink mumbling doh blues

Or...she could call a Mexican restaurant and order 50 tacos and ask for them to be delivered to the basement. That way the dog wouldn't starve. rolling on the floor laughing
