Why not have a credit card or checking account age verification for all new users?

I totally agree using a credit card and/or checking age verification are the obvious answers.

I'd much prefer to have quality members over quantity.

Regarding the spelling. In Oz most online training that co's have for their staff are based on an 8-10 y.o's reading age.
