No, we would all try and survive as best we could. However, if and when all avenues have been exhausted and we are against the wall as my family was During WWII, then when we can make a difference after the horrors physically cease, we have to make a choice.

Let me explain.

My Family, was part of a very large and vast Jewish Family, that was located in much of Europe, France, Russia, Greece and Bravaria. Almost all of the branches were killed in the Holocaust.

At the end of WWII, in which my Father was Jewish American in Special Forces, there was only a small handful of people left in Europe and a even smaller second handful here in USA, that had managed to escape. All the rest of a very large diverse family had been wiped out.

My parents stressed to us we could not change the past. We had a choice, to hate and continue the damage that had been inflicted upon us, causing even more damage to our future generations.

OR we could take the higher road and extend a Peaceful hand to all peoples, to try and insure this did not happen again, leading to healing on all sides.
The second option is the one I choose because it give Hope for all of us.
