This thread is about Israel murdering people but its a good point you bring up Conrad73, I wonder if the world news channels tried to tell us Cat-Turds for Chocolates was the reason for the conflict. Lets be honest about this, nobody cares if 500 Palestinian children have their heads smashed open by Israeli soilders, ever 5000 kids murdered would not change a thing. The important question really is why do so many people take a thread like this one and try to turn it into something stuped about the smurfs/David Icke/yadayadayada?
The answer is because nobody really cares about people being murdered unless someone they care about is killed. kinda make you proud to be human remember that photo of the Vietnamese kid running down the road naked and burnt to a crisp from napalm? If I remember history, it all started with the crusades. However, each religious and non-religious sect were used against each other. Jews and arabs were once allies against the Muslims.

Israel should be off limits for anyone to occupy. Turn it into a world historic monument and relocate anyone living there.

Their intention is clearly ethnic cleansing.
And they have gotten away with it time and time again.

But the worm is turning.
Israel's power-base in the US, the pseudo-christian-right, is falling apart.

And as the money chain breaks down, so will Israel's ability to control US policy through bribery.

The new superpowers like Russia and China don't need Israeli middlemen in order to rob taxpayers for their own benefit, they do it directly.

So Israel, which has never ever, had even a single year of a positive trade balance, will quickly find herself broke and without any allies willing or even able to underwrite her budget.

For the first time ever, Israel will have to live within her own means and she really doesn't have much in the way of means.

The rightwing extremists have been trying to get the whole world to voluntarily accept slavery to Israel under the so-called "Noahide Laws".
But it's clearly not going to happen.

Rising world powers like Russia, India, China, and even Europe have no interest in keeping Israel afloat now that the US dollar has collapsed. America has no leverage and can no longer crack the whip to demand European submission to her policies.

Israel still controls (indirectly) the world press,
and through her incredibly vast network of trained operatives in nearly all parts of the world can create terrorist activity anywhere at the drop of a hat.

But by now all governments know exactly what's happening, and such activities are likely to cause more resentment than cooperation.

Quite Simple Colonialism never ended. This is a colonial war being fought by europeans with european arms and tacit (often overt, espoecially in this case) support against a defenseless indiginous people. The silence of our media is similarly diusturbing.

The Gaza Blockade has been a humanitarian catastrophe since the israeli withdrawal which was really a PR Exersize to give space for building morer illegal settlements in the west bank and esp. jerusalem.

The litmus test of the reaction of our governments is the status of those illegal settlements, the right of return and the illegal occupation of palestinian land rendering it impossible for palestinians to live. For example no man of milirtary age 16-60 I believe is allowed to leave bethlehem.

It amazesd me that a defenseless civilian city can be attacked with modern weapons. (Israel is the only country in the worlds with unlimited access to the entire american arms inventory)
