Sommerauer71: Interesting thread.
Anything that can be done naturally should be.
As for slackening of the vagina, then I have no idea, I have given birth to three children naturally, but I cannot say that I have noticed any slackness.
Although I spat them out pretty quickly so maybe I was a slack Alice anyway.

Me too! I gave birth twice naturally in 2 years and it had no adverse effect. Perhaps because I was only 20 then 21 influenced the outcome, muscles do spring back into shape when one is young. It also depends on how well you are treated after childbirth if stitches are required.
I also did, after childbirth, (and still do) tightening exercises. Not just for the obvious, but to avoid womb prolapse (common in middle-aged and older women who have had children, and to keep tummy muscles tight.....ish!
No complaints to date!
