Well no one every recovers from the sex either, one way or the other, silly....A women just has to get back in shape, and if you love your partner, does it really matter. I guess that's our curse for women, to give childbirth, and for men...they have to work hard !!!!!that's why there bodies are made the way they are, for women and men, it's just natural.....

I think they should lubricate the veejay with KY jelly and then give the mom canned soda pop until pressure builds up in her stomach and the baby shoots out like a cannon ball. I mean, a lot of people use lubricants just for sex. Why not to help the baby escape from its slimy prison? They could catch it with a butterfly net or a big padded basketball hoop. grin

Allen38: Although cesarean is a modern way to have a baby, involving the use of technology, some physicians believe in natural childbirth. Natural childbirht have side effects on vagina. It makes it slackened. Do you have any other ideas?

1. Get a dog?
2. Surrogate mother?
3. Adopt? Foster?

Hehehe...great...

But seriously...I have heard from several mothers who've had 3 or more kids and they all say that they recovered fine after the first and second one, got their figure back etc, but that by the time the 3rd and 4th came along everything went pear shaped. We didn't go into these types of intimate details though...I guess the vagina is just the same as any other muscle - when its well taken care of and worked it stays healthy and firm grin my mother's been harping on about the merits of doing the daily pelvic floors ever since I was 10 years old! Well...so far so good I reckon but then what do I know? Im only 26 with one child....when I get to 40 if everything is still good then I'll know if its working rolling on the floor laughing

I am 40, all is good Suzy, all is good. I have not slackened up and I do pelvic floor exercise, I don't leak when I laugh or sneeze. Listen to your mother, wise woman...

Sommer, maybe a strange question woman to woman (trying to ignore that this is a public internet site grin ) but just in case - how do you find is the best way to do them? There are differing views...one gyno told me a great way was to (god I hope the men are too grossed out to read this thread) start and stop the pee when going to the toilet, that way you know you're using the right muscles (as if you could make a mistake!) - but another one told me no, thats not good for you...but I thought only holding it in for a long time (the pee that is) was not good for you? Anway...so be sure I do both rolling on the floor laughing

Not a strange question at all Suzy and that was the way I was taught too. Along with squeezing the pelvic floor muscles which can be done at anytime throughout the day. I do them everyday and I have very good pelvic floor muscles. Carrying a full bladder for too long is not good for you, but I think the stopping of peeing during midflow is a great way to practise and it has never done me any harm.
