Allen38: Although cesarean is a modern way to have a baby, involving the use of technology, some physicians believe in natural childbirth. Natural childbirht have side effects on vagina. It makes it slackened. Do you have any other ideas?

Allen38: I mean its a technology not a modern way medically! But there are cases when the prospective mother doesn't have any choice. Ya Cesarean risks both mother anb baby


But There are even more risks for some of us to give a natural birth to both us and our Child. I am one. I have known since I was 22yrs old that I could never have a natural birth. If I ever have a child, All my children would have to be born by CS. I get no choice in the matter, if I wish to be alive to raise my child(ren).hug hug

Jan1305: Me too! I gave birth twice naturally in 2 years and it had no adverse effect. Perhaps because I was only 20 then 21 influenced the outcome, muscles do spring back into shape when one is young. It also depends on how well you are treated after childbirth if stitches are required.

I also did, after childbirth, (and still do) tightening exercises. Not just for the obvious, but to avoid womb prolapse (common in middle-aged and older women who have had children, and to keep tummy muscles tight.....ish!

No complaints to date!

Yes, they are and not just for after childbirth, but also for after any type of female surgery: ie: having Myomectomies involves the same exact opening of the body as a CS. So yes, no complaints to date.
