Yeah, it is unbelievable what is going on especially that it does not seem many countries are doing much to stop the killing but I missed the point where Barak is to be blamed instead of Bush? He is not the president until Jan 20th.

He is not refering to Obama. Barak is the minister of defence in Isreal( i may be incorect in that statement but Barak is someone in Isreal, i'm sure someone will clarify who Barak is)

I personaly feal as though Isreal has every right to launch its defencive campain. It's a shame that children are being killed but who are the knuckle heads responcible? I have spoke to Muslems that say their religion is about love but i never see love from them, only hate. I would run out of fingers counting christian charities but have never heard of a Muslem one. Where is the love, i see the hate and i'm tired of it.

They have charities. They been engaged here during the war but this institution was often misused like a cover for some other activities , like throwing into mudjahedins, intelligence, and so on... You are entitled to your opinion but I totally disagree with what it is going on in Gaza and killing civilians especially children. This is not self defense, it is a massacre. As for the charities, I invite you to meet more Muslims and look closer at the religion practices. Charity is part and parcel of the five pillars of Islam. I am sorry the people you met were bad ambassadors of the culture and the religion. It is about love, help others and offer your neighbor what you offer your family. Please do not consider Israel a neighbor here. unfortunately, Israel chose to build its state by force and terror. It is sad when I think of it. I think Palestine is very important to all religions (Islam, Christianity, and Judaism) and a few powerful people did not have to follow on their unrealistic idea of taking Jews from all over the world and build a state for them in other people lands. Why do Jews need to build a state anyway? They could have came to Palestine and lived their as they used to do before 1948 and enjoy practicing their religion there as the other two religions practiced in Palestine. A more peaceful approach from the beginning would have kept Palestine a beautiful place of the three religions living together. I met many Jews who asked me why would not Arabs unify their forces and kick the butt of Israel and just end the problem because what is going on is not good for most people. People who like to travel and visit many places in the Middle East like Jerusalem and cannot due to the same problem, people who feel that there are more important issues that we need to take care of like fighting famine and diseases. People who like to live in Peace and do not watch children killed every time Israel need to prove a point and show off that it has a powerful army.

If your facts are correct and these locations were not used as fighting positions or armories then yes, it may be a war crime against those who attacked them. Of course, to say that Olmert, Ehud Barak and Livni ordered that attack on that position is supposition so, let's wait until it is confirmed it was not used as a Hamas position, then let's see if those people directly ordered that place to be bombed before we go off the deep end.
