Victoria Wood, amusing, talented but not funny!
Harry Hill, erm he isn't funny!!!

Substitute Harry Hill for Dennis Leary!
Add in Steve Cougan as this guy is really creative and funny.

I'm considering if we can borrow an elephant, put her in a large bucket, then poor in rancid elephant piss and cat turds and hopefully she will realise what she did want nice.

All else fails we can substitute petrol and add a matchlaugh

I am assuming that your top 15 with the exception of Richard Pryor are Enlish. Billy Connelly is either English or Irish, and Eddie Izzard is also English. The others I have not heard of. Ron White, Bill Engvall, Richard Jeni (RIP), Sam KInnison (RIP), Dave Chapelle, Chris Rock, George Carlin (RIP), are a few off the top of my head that I think are or were good. I agree with Pryor, Connelly and Izzard being good as well.
