I opened the back door one day, late afternoon, and there was my dog Bingo.....he had died the previous year....i was so taken aback,,,,,, and said his name out loud...then poof he evaporated into thin air !

You know now that I think about it, in 1992, 1993, and 1994 I lived in an old house in Leonardtown Maryland. And my kids were terrified to sleep alone. They kept saying there Indians in the house. Now me being the single Mom of a gang...basically I worked went to plays, and PTA meetings and what not, I did not give anything they said much thought.
Last Halloween, My kids and I put together a haunted house, for the neighborhood kids. I had bought a book called Haunted Maryland, and in there is a story about an indian woman that was acused of being a witch. They hunted her like an animal, and the story says she cursed the town of Leonardtown, and it was something to the nature of every household for hundreds of years will be haunted.
My kids who are all grown up now, asked me if I still think that they were just being silly.

I've felt spirits many times. An old woman I felt tell me to call her "Nani", a cat that kneaded my lap while I was working OT, a small boy that curled up against me on my lap and fell asleep. I can't see them, but I feel them.

I've seen the outline of one against the night sky in AZ a long time ago...he was my protector, and had just caught back up to me after asking my best friend where I went. (Long story, but she had a really neat experience with him.)

Now, I feel the energy brushes from my late husband. He brushes along the back of my neck to let me know he's near, he's kissed me, and held me as well since he died. And yes, I've no doubt it's him. The neck brush was a signal we arranged before he died. (Kinda wishing we'd chosen something else now...it feels like spiders on my neck.) The kiss...well, others that I know that can see have let me know by describing him that it's him, so now I know the feel of his energy brushes as opposed to those of others.

Twice, before he went to hospice, I felt the presences of those who came to guide him home...he was very close to crossing over those two times.

Oh...and I saw a black cat running alongside my dogs on our way outside one night, and when we turned toward the door, it kept going through the wall. (They can, apparently, get outside faster than we can.)

Exactly...and keep that in mind with your thread. All are allowed to post here, and you're bound to get some of those who don't believe, think we're all quacks, and will heckle the thread. Ignore them, and don't let them get to you, Cosmic.

I didnt read all of the posts, but I think I get somethings from my deceased husband...signs....some would call it Poltergeist..

I have got a pic from Port Arthur and you can see 3 ghost in the window with a candle from long ago and we know no one was in that house at the time. I also have a ghost in my house that I have woken up being strangled by it I could feel the hands around my throat and I couldn't take a breath and I also hear it moving around the house.

Hi there you guys and all you cynics! I have seen things, bright moving lights on the landing of the house I was living in - I did not know it at the time but they are spirits. Also had a weird experience when I was in my teens - was aware after that occurred that I was pre-sentient, clairvoyant, call it what you will - and then became a fully fledged spiritual healer in 1994. Let's be open minded! There's stuff out there that we have no hope of rationalising or understanding - and I have the evidence from my dealings with spiritual healing. So if those things can happen - and I guess you have to experience it for yourselves to really understand - then why not spirits, angels and all the rest? Just accept it!!

I have not seen ghost but I know ghost have seen me. does that count?
