Arlene101: I have seen a man dressed in black at my bedroom door but could not see his face and when a boyfriend of mine hung himself years ago I was just laying on the sofa staring into mid air and a slight puff (looked like steam or smoke) appeared and told me "be happy" and vanished. I have a ghost here where I live. I hear him walking up and down the hall and He keeps moving the candles on my dining room table next to each other and I just keep moving them back where they should be. About two months ago, I could not find the darn remote control for about four daysand I looked EVERYWHERE and One day when I came home from grocery shopping and sitting at the computer, I went to get something out of my purse and 'low and behold' the remote was sitting on top of my purse. I think this ghost followed me from from a previous apartment because it was the same there. He must be looking after me. It is a he because the footsteps are too heavy.

Okay, people are going to think I'm nuts, but here goes. I'll admit it. Adam is living with us. He visits his mom a couple of times a day. We are also in communication with him. Actual conversations! He also moves things and is so funny! He said he'll stay until Em tells him to go. He's planning to learn from some other spirits how to reveal himself to us.
He said last night that my mom stays with me a lot.
Our conversations with him started on Christmas Day. It isn't just Em and me, but also his mother that he communicates with.
