if it is neck, right side to the frontal lobe, take your right thumb parallel with your neck and stick it as far down into the soft tissue area where you clavicle(collar bone) joins the neck.
Then the middle finger presses on the right side pretty near where you hair line grows, half way between your ear and spine. Then your pinky or ring finger goes to your temple.
Alternate both sides with left and right.
Does the trick for me.
As far as the rest, I still have the headache & I felt like I was playing Twister! And everybody knows that's no fun alone...
