It was said in the news that a New York vascular surgeon gave his wife(ex) one of his kidney...She then cheated on him with her paramour during rehab for an injured knee... She is seeking assets and he he is seeking $1.5 million in compensation for his kidney, because it can't be returned or divided up as assets. This is a first for any jury or judge in this case. It was said that He was served divorce papers in middle of surgery, which was shock to him. To add further insult, This affair has been going on since 2003 and the husband has not seen his 3 kids since 2005.


Now folks I know I wouldn't want to be the jury in that case, but what do you think is a fair settlement for this man?
