Your real life experiences are living in a society that is rather closed and then living in a society that is rather open. Both next door to one another and involved in heated political and military adversity and here, you tell me that you know of the world.

In the 'world' people talk, understand and such, not throw around insults and such. Skin color,religion,income matters little and, when a valid point is presented it matters not if the presenter is a million miles from where it happened or right next door, it is a valid point nonetheless and should be addressed without glib 'you know nothing etc' and the same goes for a non valid point.

No, that is not the point. The point is that I have been around and you have not therefore, to use your closed world as being an open world knowledge argument is wrong. Eternal problem here. Usually when it comes to defend officials clichés of moral, manners and politics one will always find an army enlisted to fight the heathens until the bitter end. It is just ludicrous and miserable to my eyes as I have always appreciated independence of thought.
The wolves of the pack (well,I ask forgiveness to those noble animals but I just use it with figurative purposes) need to feel the warmth of the others close, and need to know there are many more walking in the same direction. If the defense of the status-quo and the stupid morals so appreciated as cliché weapons had to be contradict I would only choose as a good counter-argument the fact that way of thinking generates the neccesity to attack together, whisper their mutual agreement to one another and find the way to see that they are so right.

It is strange though that the "haters" or the "losers" say those that see the status-quo and the established building of crap (morals, prejudices, etc) with horror and rejection do not usually get together for pack-attacks. They have come to their conclusions against the status quo , say the mounstrous nature of Western Civilization or whatever other entity they have focused on, by following many different paths. The have not been molded in the headquarters of OFFICIAL TRUTHS and Co. so their views occupy a wide range of ideas, they would disagree about many things. But above all the pack-attack is not necessary, are the pack members so insecure that need their mutual support? The "losing haters" only have to look outside their windows and see the horror of this world. This is when they find the confirmation of their views, then why to form a new truth with monks and warriors that defies the Official one?

Even if the pack were right in their holy views I would still be a heathen just because I can not stand lack of independence of thought and their "official-truth gluttony".

Possibly by somebody other than myself. I have spoken with this man before and one of his discussion techniques is to use his race and North American racial profiling as well as geographical location as an argument on why our viewpoints are meaningless when in fact, with a billion people their recent attacks and population numbers put him so far away from hardship that he is completely on the other side of the world. He did it again here and, I called him out on it.

Since I am not from your latitudes and I do not have the same traditons or up-bringing I can not see reasons for extreme indignation in his points at all. That is why I think it should not be taken so emotional. I loathe the pack-attacks and if people do not agree with the reasons, I think, activate the pack-attacks they simply have to stop them, talk for themselves or do not talk at all.

You get concentrated on the racial argument but I ma not sure if that is his. Are people racist when they say that Barack Obama is the first BLACK president of the US? Probably not, and probably yes. It is fact he is black and it is a fact that I am bloody red. This kind of touchiness has historical reasons but I would not get into that.
I think Bollywood means "being there" and he probably sees many people talking about things they don´t know. And this is relative too, I know but I think this is his point and not racism or rejection of people just because they do not have the right race to judge.
There are however terrible cases of "smart arses". There was a case when I read a heated debate between someone talking about the genocide of the red people in America (and I mean America and not the US), well the occasionla rivals of his simply denied that reality with all sort of arguments while the holder of that opinion talked from the simple reality of their life in an indigeneous village and his long reflection of the misery brought up -through the years- by such devious historical deeds.
I think Bollywood talks from that standing point of view.

Ok, here's the straight skinny: This same joke has been around, in one form or another, for more than 1,000 years. Whilst doing research on comedy and humor in various cultures/countries, I've seen at least fifty different translations of this same joke. American indians even had a version of it concerning the Indo-Europeans that "invaded" the North American Continent.

For every joke out there that makes some folks bust a gut laughing, there will be others who take offense to to it. The simple fact is that if humor weren't cruel, it wouldn't be humor. Even the most innocent joke or funny story is making light of or "poking fun at" someone/something.

The difference I've noticed over the years of telling jokes and writing comedy is that those who scream loudest when a joke/story is told about their particular race/nationality/skin color/football team/favorite brand of automobile, etc... are, themselves, the most short sighted, racist, least tolerant, most unforgiving, etc... These folks are also the same ones who laugh the loudest when the same joke or story is told about a different culture/losing team/favorite auto, etc...

Then of course, you also have those who simply are not happy unless they're pointing fingers at someone else. Like petulant children wanting a piece of candy because of the shiny wrapper, they won't hush until you ignore them. (Make the mistake of giving them the candy and they'll only whine for another piece in a different wrapper.)
