Last first.. I "was" planning on going to the LA area for the California Racing Association awards banquet but a couple things came up I needed to attend to. Tomorrow I am taking mom and we are going to the other side of the valley for lunch with friends.. How about your plans?

It is my experience, many do have hidden agendas..
As for my stating so many live in fear, they admit it in their profiles or here on the forums. Personally, I prefer the emails for starters and then progress to the phone. Only then can I make a decision as to meeting that person or not. In reality, I would more likely take the risk and meet them, I really am a people type person..
