claudya: What happens here?In the last week i read almost same threads which start with the title :would u date me?Do u like me?Why so many people insecure?Then how they want people have trust in them and meet them.?So my advice is to be sure by them,be more optimistic
I understand where you're coming from. I saw a thread the other night from a lady asking if people thought she was pretty. I resplied to her thread telling her I thought she was a lovely lady.Later that very same evening she sent me an email of why she had asked that question.
It's seems to me that the ones who are asking these questions seem to have low self-esteem issues and just want to hear some encouragement is all. What some people may find to be a silly or annoying question just may be very important to the ones asking these questions. Maybe they were verbally abused from someone they were with in a relationship or came from an abusive home.
We really don't know the circumstances.
I volunteered in the school district from which I live and saw alot of abused children from K thru 12th grade who didn't have the best of rollmodels or homelife for that matter.I try to make allowances for those kinds of thread questions cause who knows we may just save a life.Alot of those people may not know what/who to turn to seek help.
