Do a search in any search engine or have a look for the time the paratroopers drove into a football pitch and used armoured cars to indiscriminately kill members of the crowd, that one didnt get a name as it wasnt caught on tv cameras, bloody sunday was.
Not so easy as it was definitely not an official policy of the government to do so. In fact, orders were given to stop firing at the time and afterwords, various inquiries took place. Unlike bombs by Hamas suicide bombers who never get an order to stop or, have the leaders of Hamas hold inquiries over what went wrong when Israeli children are killed.
So, please provide some links that support your contention that the British government used to kill innocent women and children in Ireland as a matter of policy rather than come out with something that is simply an unfortunate event similar to Kent State (which certainly does not lead anybody to believe that the US government was at war to exterminate all students the world over.)

In response to: Drewski there is never justification for bringing civilians into a war. Your comments about it being ok because terrorists killed civilians on the other side can lead to nothing other than more killing, your ideas would only made the matter worse.
Never said it was 'ok.' I said that if you have to protect your own by wading into situations where those who attack hide like that to stop further atacks against your own, then so be it.
Now, why don't you get on Hamas's case for deliberately killing innocent people in attacks that have absolutely no military value? Just once would be nice.

!!!!!!!! Read these threads Arran. Very few support them or, are their friend and, it's been that way or a long long time. In fact, public opinion probably doesn't even enter the Israeli mind when they are watching buses full of students and shoppers get blown to hell.

In Ireland the IRA already support them and want to sent people to train them. If organisations like those two band together who else will follow? What will that lead to? The only solution that could work is to STOP killing, not to kill more because of whatever excuse you can come up with at any given time.
Could you post that on the Hamas web site so they can get the message please.
