When the rats have lawyers I'm leaving!

Curious, I was about to comment on this news but with a different tone.
I have heard the OP is buddhist or he has spread it. Curious, because buddhist people who have seen inside of them all the universe in a sinple piece of life could never talk derogatively of animals.

Bloody phoneys.

As well as being a buddhist he is also a human being. Unlike your over puffed shamanistic perfection oh mighty master of the puff puff smokeshow.
I have yet to see a single day pass in which your seeking does not lead you to attack someone or something. For such an altruisitc monarch of humanity you have an odd way of showing any of this.
Pray to whatever god you can imagine to release you from this spiritual burden. You have a brilliant mind and could accomplish much if you directed even a small portion in a direction of peace and harmony.

I have no need to justify how you perceive me to myself. Your attempts to justify your own distaste for me as a matter of doctrine fall on deaf ears.

It is not my anima that is twisted in this respect.

I share my weaknesses as well as my strengths as a representative of the fullness of nature, the fullness of energy, and the fullness of self.

Your hostility is based on an incomplete conception, not only of me, but of yourself. That is unfortunate, but also personal. I shall not seek to dissaude you from your own path, whatever that may be.

As a buddhist, I own my nature, its fullness, its darker aspects as well as its need for exhaltation. Everything comes to the buddha. Everything.

Mark, thank you for your kind words. I am human. I see the humor in the perversion of human laws to justify the pseudo-compassionate acts this article represents. As if a qualitative argument can be made for saving this geriatric crustacean over the thousands of geese that suffer for foie gras everyday.

Nothing about that, though...I shall cease to rant before I start.
