ocean78382: Now before you moralize- take a look at the threads about conventional relationships - half of them are unhappy people whining.
I've done divorces and counseling for years,however you don't need me to tell you the divorce rate is now about 60% and with younger generations will only get worse.
I'm also not interested in what your priest thinks. I spent many years as a prosecutor, and while your priest was telling you sex is only good for procreating but I doubt they are seriously making babies with all those little boys. Think for a moment- if thousands of cases have been uncovered, how many families, kids etc were too afraid to come forward. For normal rapes its 50% for this - very few.
Ok I'd like intelligent discussion. IF you check Craiglist causual encounters this stuff has exploded. All kinds of scenes - couples for men - couples for couples - everything.
Is jealousy love or insecurity? Many of the most jealous people also abuse -physically/ verbally. Is that love?
I bring up this topic because I've found over the years that very few of my divorces are these alternative lifestyle couples. I also know many who stay married cheat, and just as many hardly sleep together after a few years. ( I did volunteer counseling with couples one day a week for 5 years).
Aside from old fashioned society being against this - can it be denied that a person being pleasured by two others is at leaston a physical scale more exciting? Does - as these people claim- watching your partner being pleasured - really exciting?Anyway take a minute to think and tell me what you think and or may have tried.
You may have a valid point and I wouldn't judge someone else either way, but to be fair you've not represented one important aspect of the whole marriage picture. There really are many people who actually succeed beautifully in their marriage and actully find something of far greater quality than most people ever experience. Once you get to that level, the swinging and cheap sex looks very ugly indeed.
Also, I think I just heard today that the divorce rate is actually waaaay lower than believed. If I can find the info I'll post it here.
