Actually, yes...whether they're aware of it or not. Our hormones flux, and menstruation occurs, based on the phases of the moon as well, which is why they were called "moon cycles" for centuries in many cultures. It affects men, too...again, aware of it or not. As humans we are mostly made of water, and the moon affects water and tides. Hence the "lunacy" that occurs so often at Full Moon as well.
You might not notice it as a change in sex drive, but more in a change of mood, and moods affect whether or not we have sex, as well as what type we desire at the moment. Not all of these fluxes are caused by the Moon, but many are caused by its pull.
