I have no clue what a BAB creature is, so I can't answer the first two parts.

Bald men are just as attractive as those with hair, though I don't understand the reason most men shave their heads when they start to lose their hair. I don't judge by looks, so this wouldn't make a difference in my dating someone as it has no effect on the person inside.

BAB? Boys After Boys? (ewwwww.) So no I wouldn't date a BAB if that's what it means.

Bald doesn't matter. Handsome is many traits combined, not just hair to be attrative.
