hhhheyyy OOBY......this buddy of mine did, in fact, work at the SEC & he agrees with YOU.....and you are very, very correct, the NASA IG is still, to this day, getting beaten up about it ---- & thats exactly the problem with "plum positions" in government.....

That Maddoff should be punished for his "sudden amnesia" is a no- brainer. Weather he would be is a different scenario.

More importantly, what should be done to the system that allows the likes of Maddoff to thrive?

jvaski: I think the judge that just allwed him to stay home must have funds invested with him .........


The judge let him stay at home because the "thief" gave the judge some of the lost funds!
