Exs are exs for a reason... and mind you, there is NEVER just one ex. It takes two to break up.
All that aside, the mentality of each person is not going to end perfectly each time when disappointment is the final result. I may love my exs to this day, but sometimes they did some foolish stuff. I'm sure they feel the same way. I do not, however, date jerks... therefore, my exs are not jerks. They are simply people I went through a period of time with in an intimate manner.
They're still good people inside... somewhere.
