Funny how it is mostly women, who cry about men not appreciating what is inside. What is this inside our bodies, we want men to see and forget everything else? Kidneys or capillaries? Well, to be fair, there is also bile, and a man has the right to chose the latter, if he pleases. It's all about choices, and what we consider 'attractive'.

Okay now........just because someone is overweight does "not" always mean they don't take care of themself. Or that they are always gluttons and lazy. SOME may have health issues that contribute to their weight. That's why it is so important not to judge someone based "solely" on appearance.

Thanks merky! I am talking from experience! I am happy and confident with how I look and I know some men like bigger women and I know most people have a type. I dont have a type because I look at personality if he is handsome as well then thats a bonus. And I do take care of myself I eat healthy and exercise regularly!

Or I'm gonna start a thread...why do women ignore guys with "small packages"!! Maybe it's a self esteem issue, and you just think guys are ignoring you due to your size. Maybe if your personality was as large as your weight, men would look past the weight issue.


When you say "men" you are including ALL men. I see heavy set women with men all the time. I prefer larger women, but not whining heavy women. Once YOU get over the weight issue, you might find that men aren't as concerned about it as you.

i agree with you luscious,where did she get her information from about thin people lacking food in nairobi?some people just talk for talking sake without finding out facts,i find what she said an insult.i come from a family where we have both big women and skinny women...i am slender,because my immediate family line is,my parents are slim,and so are their offsprings,food has nothing to do with it,infact i do eat a lot but i never get fat.just as some men dont like fat women,some dont like skinny women as well..its personal preference.

Well, we skip all sorts of images, depending on what we find interesting. Big, Small, Blond, Brunette, Short or Long hair, Tall or Short, Pale or Coloured, Blue or Brown eyes, Kids or No kids, Young or Old, Smile or Grumpy.

Interesting because when you look at their pics then what they're looking for they often have big guts and are bald and wrinkled from smoking/drinking/drugs have no money yet they want beautiful young women. I do understand preferences but some men need reality checks...perhaps that's why they're alone. My suggestion since you posted publically is to do more for yourself. Your hair, makeup, clothes, newer glasses etc. I have worked with many larger women over the years who take good care of themselves and have no problem finding men. If you feel bad about yourself people respond to that. Get an attitude and show some confidence (fake it till you make it.)
