I Used Too go out alot,but since CS came into my Life I don't Do It Too Often,So Have You A Woman Or a Man Ever Picked Up A Guy or Girl? I'm Too shy So I just wach Other People....................blushing blushing blushing

If I'm going to a bar (which is very rare) ... I'm ususally meeting people... but I have met people when going to a place where there is dancing etc.

I'm too shy to approach people ... but am ok if someone approaches me.

i have to agree with the Quebec portion because the night life out there is way more important than out west i have had most of my relationship in Quebec stated out in a bar ...but Alberta is completely different i have been west for 10 yrs and i havent had any relationship true bar actually i had only one relationship and it just ended... i think the est cost is more into the bar trend!wine

Well i dunno about Canada and the bar sceen but I know that here in the USA I have both been picked up and been the picker upper at a bar. On time it ended in a 10 yr marrige that was great at first then turned out he was abusive and a cheater. But that is the only really bad experience I have had meeting someone in a bar. applause

I'm in my 13 year of Sobriety, so it's "Past" stuff. That was the whole point of going to the bar. I went alone so I wasn't getting complaints when I kept checking bars out until one was "right". Didn't ever meet anyone "sober" until I gor sober in '93....
And I was sometimes picked up.....equality ,etc dancing

I was in a club in '94. It had a large outdoor area on the roof with dance floor and tables and the like. Well, there was this really nice girl (nice and drunk, like me that night), she was wearing a denim skirt and no panties. I know she had no panties because she unzipped me and straddled my lap while I sat in a chair. I like to think that to everyone else it just looked like we were kissing. I never saw her again.
