Harry Belafonte in Toronto years ago, Mark Hamill in 1981 in L.A., and most recently, Denzel Washington when he was filming John Q in Cambridge (Ontario). Denzel is a warm, wonderful person, easy to engage in conversation. We got to talking about kids and he brought photos out of his wallet like any proud dad. David Thornton (one of the bad guys in Home Alone 3) was in the film with him and he was also very cool. He mentioned in an off-hand way that he was married to Cyndi Lauper and was pleasantly surprised that we Canadians knew her. I'm distantly related on my dad's side to Charlton Heston, never met him.

I taught Ewan MacGregor's wife to dive.

I have dived with Frederick Forsythe (Author of Day of the Jackal)

Also when I was in Phuket,Thailand (pronounced Pooo-ket) They were filming The Beach, and we had Leonardo Di Caprio diving with us. He also filmed a section of the film in the street next to mine.

I was taken on a tour of Roy Orbisons tour bus by the guy who played drums when Roy was with the band, 'The Candyman or men' (?)

Iserved drinks to many pro hockey players when I worked as a cocktail waitress in the Flight Deck at Calgary Airport.

Jeff and Jory Zimmerman (baseball pitchers for the Texas Rangers) grew-up with my sons and spent time at my our home when they were kids.Jory starred in a school play I wrote . He was the Wind and I made his costume. Their Mom still lives in Carseland Alberta and runs 2 hotels near here.Jeff retired from the game but I hear he's back now. Nice boys.

When I lived in Brockville, Ontario in the 60's I waitressed at the Canadian Chain of Skyline Hotels and met many pro figure skaters.

I had my picture taken with Waylon Jennings

I met Charley Pride at the Jubilee Auditorium in Calgary. It was during his performance intermission. He was emptying the ashtrays in the lobby. I KID YOU NOT! I just said hi and he smiled and said hi. That was all.

Oueen Elizabeth toured Canada about 1958 and I saw her but did not speak with her.

I spent a Christmas Day (by invitation) at Bishop Paul O'Brian's.

I've met many famous and exaulted Gospel Preachers

My girlfriend Dr. Laura Kormos is an Astronomer at Lancaster in England. I know she will be famous one day. Yupper!!!!!!!!!!!111111111
